Get Ready! Disability Book Week is April 19-25, 2026!
Thank you so much for your generosity and interest in supporting Disability Book Week. At this time, our organization does not accept monetary donations. Instead, we gratefully welcome disability-inclusive book donations, which directly help us share diverse stories and increase disability representation across the globe.
If you would like to donate, we encourage you to consider purchasing books directly from an author who has books showcased on our website. Simply scroll down to the "Author Contributions" to connect with authors who have already generously partnered with us.
Additionally, you may purchase books from our friends at Purple Diamond Press. Use the code “Disabilityweek” to receive 15% off your donation order and the order will be shipped directly to Disability Book Week! As a thank-you, you’ll also receive a coupon code to use toward a future personal purchase from Purple Diamond Press!

Disability Book Week proudly partners with the following nonprofit organizations, each of whom shares our commitment to placing books with meaningful disability representation into the hands of readers everywhere: Piper’s Key, Bigfoot Books, and Charity’s Readers for Tomorrow.
Your donations to these nonprofits will help expand access to inclusive stories and uplift voices throughout communities in the United States.
To learn more about these wonderful organizations and how to donate, please visit our Community Partners page.
